Aye, this spot was dope! Had a real comfy room with good AC and the breakfast was on point—cook it just for you, can’t beat that! The beach was only a few minutes away too. But man, them night noises was a lot, didn’t get no sleep. Room was clean tho, so that’s what's up.

Room exceeded expectations with solid space and comfort.
Pool area looked neglected with dirt and debris. distance to city center felt longer than advertised at about 30-40 minutes on foot, which wasn't convenient.

The hotel features a modern design with excellent location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff were exceptionally helpful, organizing trips to an island and transportation for us. However, the shower lacked a glass door, causing some water to splash outside, and while the pool area was an enjoyable amenity, it could benefit from more thorough maintenance. The fresh Mediterranean food also stood out, adding a delightful touch to the stay.

The hotel in Cartagena offered a beautiful, clean, and comfortable room equipped with a huge flatscreen TV, excellent air conditioning, and hot water. The bathroom was particularly impressive, resembling a spa. Additionally, it is located conveniently in Bocagrande, only a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it ideal for both work and leisure. The buffet breakfast served until 10 am was also a nice touch.
The pool area could use better maintenance.
